When will you start shipping?

 

The current estimated shipping for your Haxson AirFan will be around August 2022.

In the meantime, we'll continue to keep you updated, where we'll include pictures and videos from the production line, so you can see the Haxson AirFan being created.

 

When and how do I pay for shipping?

 

Due to the global pandemic, shipping prices tend to fluctuate rather widely. Because we want to make sure you pay the most objective, fair price for your shipping, we will collect shipping fees closer to when we are ready to start delivery.

We will be sending out email when we are ready.

Unlike other big brands have a large amount of cash tied up in inventory. 
With our unique pre-order system, means we don’t need to tied cash up in stock. 
And with a little patience on your side, we are happily to pass that saving to you!

Do I need to pay Tax/VAT for my AirFan?

 

All shipping, taxes, customs & VAT fees will be collected separately after the campaign via surveys, and the shipping estimate will go up and down depending on your choice of accessories and global shipping rate at the time of fulfillment. 

But fear not! We offer TAX/VAT free to customer from:

US, UK, Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao. 

How do I know if you're able to ship to my address?

Do you offer warranty? 

 

We provide a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

Shipping policy

If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and the package returns to our warehouse (either because you’re not there, the wrong address was provided or you moved without notifying us) it will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.
